United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. -
Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received. -
There is a $5.95 shipping charge on all orders under $150 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). -
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. -
Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen. Shipping Time Priority Shipping 1-3 Business Days (Mon-Sat) 48 States $5.95 US - Free on orders totaling $150 or more
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments Returns & Exchanges -
Return any unsatisfactory product within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment.
Please insure all returned products for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS or insured Parcel Post to the address below. The Post Office lacks accurate tracking and delivery confirmation. If you ship via the post office we suggest delivery confirmation with a signature required.

With all returns, please include: your name, shipping address, a copy of your invoice, and an explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc. Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
