Payments methods using your Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover can be made through GOOGLE CHECKOUT. When using GOOGLE CHECKOUT, you can rest assured that your information is SECURE.
ORDERING STEPS
1. Choose QUANTITY, ONLY if purchase is for more than one item of that product - the default is 1 of that item added to the basket.
2. Click ADD TO SHOPPING CART (you will be taken to your shopping cart).
3. Click the GOOGLE CHECKOUT button.
4. When you choose the GOOGLE CHECKOUT button, you will be taken to GOOGLE CHECKOUT where you can sign in to your Goggle Account or create a new account for First Timers (VERY VERY FAST and VERY VERY SECURE!).
ORDERING PROBLEMS
We know how frustrating when the checkout process does “not work”! And we certainly do not want to loose you as a customer! So we have listed some possible "fixes" to complete your ordering/checkout process. Our security tends to be a little sensitive at times.
- Shopping Cart EMPTIES
- Go to TOOLS, OPTIONS in your browser (Internet Explore, Firefox…)
- Clear/Delete existing COOKIES and TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
- Close the browser, then re-open your browser and start a new purchase

If you are afraid that you placed a duplicate order, call us at 802-465-8025 or email sales@equusezcare.com. We will NEVER PROCESS! a duplicate order without contacting you first to confirm!
