HOW IT WORKS

In addition to the treatment for respiratory problems, the management is as important, especially for the long-term. Listed are a few suggestions:

• hay should be clean, and wet it down if necessary

• if possible, use shavings as bedding instead of straw

• during the winter months, make sure to provide plenty of fresh air

• try to limit exposure to dust and allergens (limit exercise in dirt arenas during dry times)

FEEDING INFORMATION

Directions for Use

Serving Size – 1 measure (14 grams) per 1100 lb. (500kg) horse. Adjust up or down according to body weight.

Maintenance – For an 1100 lb. (500kg) horse, administer 1 measure 2x daily for 3-5 days; reduce to 1 measure daily thereafter. Usage rate should be based on horse’s weight.

Performance – Administer 1 measure 2x daily for 3 days before event or race, then 1 measure the morning of event or race.
